These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Excursio website and your booking of experiences through our platform. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms. Excursio S.L. operates the platform from Avinguda Diagonal 211, 08018 Barcelona, Spain.
1. About Excursio
Excursio is a booking platform that connects travellers with independent local guides and operators who provide tours, activities and day trips. Excursio facilitates the booking and payment; the experience itself is delivered by the local provider listed on each experience page.
2. Bookings and confirmation
A booking is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive a confirmation voucher by email. Please check that all details — date, time, meeting point and number of travellers — are correct as soon as you receive your voucher.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on the experience page and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken at the time of booking through our certified payment partners.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Most experiences can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. The cancellation window and any exceptions are displayed clearly on each experience page before you book. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
5. Changes and cancellations by the provider
Occasionally an experience may be changed or cancelled by the provider due to weather, safety or operational reasons. In such cases we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
6. Your responsibilities
- Arrive at the meeting point at the stated time; late arrivals may not be able to join.
- Provide accurate information when booking, including the number and ages of travellers.
- Follow the reasonable instructions of your guide and any local safety rules.
- Tell us in advance about any accessibility needs so we can advise on suitability.
7. Liability
Excursio acts as an intermediary between you and the local provider. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the booking concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish or EU consumer law.
8. Reviews and content
If you submit a review or other content, you grant Excursio a non-exclusive licence to display it in connection with the relevant experience. Content must be honest, lawful and respectful.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
